Pick a game, hit Backup, and SaveVault zips your save data into a timestamped archive on this PC. When something goes wrong — a bad patch, a corrupted file, a “new game” misclick — restore from a previous backup.

Don’t see your game? Use Custom folder… and point SaveVault at the save directory.

How it works

1. Choose a game (or a custom save folder)

2. Click Backup now

3. Archives are stored under your user AppData (OuterWorldsStudio\SaveVault\backups)

4. Restore when you need an older version

Note: SaveVault only copies save folders. It does not modify game executables, anti-cheat, or Steam itself.
